Eula ISD is full of great staff members who show up every day to serve our students, and we want to make sure their hard work and dedication are recognized!
The Eula ISD Board of Trustees has started a new initiative to recognize the great things our staff members do each day. At last night’s school board meeting, the Board recognized our Teacher of the Month and Employee of the Month for August 2026.
🏴☠️ Teacher of the Month – Mr. Toby Christian
Mr. Christian is a Middle School Math teacher who has been a part of Eula ISD for 13 years. His principal, Mr. Williams, shared:
“Mr. Christian truly is following his calling as a teacher. He is simply one of the best I have ever seen, and we are blessed to have him as part of Eula ISD.”
🏴☠️ Employee of the Month – Mrs. Casey Chesser
Mrs. Chesser is an Educational Paraprofessional at the Elementary Campus and is in her third year with Eula ISD. Her principal, Mrs. Damron, shared:
“Mrs. Chesser is a blessing for Eula Elementary. She has been asked to take on many different roles over her time here and simply shows up every day and does whatever is needed to serve our kids. We are so lucky to have her and appreciate all she does.”
Congratulations to Mr. Christian and Mrs. Chesser! We appreciate everything you do for our students and our district.

A big thank you to our community members who took the time last night to join our administration team and Greg Gilbert from Moak-Casey Educational Consultants to provide valuable input as we develop the Eula ISD Strategic Plan that will guide our district for the next four years.
This process began in early summer, and community input is an important part of the process. The ideas and feedback gathered from our community will help us establish strategic priorities across all areas of the district and redevelop our Mission and Vision for Eula ISD.
One of the things that makes a great school is a great community, and we truly appreciate our community’s willingness to be involved, share ideas, and help shape the future of Eula ISD.
