It's time, Y'all!!!🥳🎉 Please review and SHARE this year's ELEMENTARY parking lot protocol: 🏴‍☠️🤠Drop Off & Pick Up 26-27🤠🏴‍☠️ 🚘Car Line- The Drive-Through Approach ✨ Car Line Entrance- Enter south of the playground at the athletic complex parking lot on FM 603. ✨Follow the yellow lines ✨STAY IN YOUR VEHICLES- we will bring the students to you during pick-up🙂 ✨Unloading and loading will take place along the route between the cafeteria doors and Police station- same as years past 🚸Walk-Ups- For those who need more time or want to park and walk their child to the door/walk them back to the car at pick-up 🅿️ PARK AT THE ROCK GYM ONLY 🅿️USE THE SIDEWALKS to walk with your children to the cafeteria doors, for safety please do not walk through the car line 🔔 First Bell - 7:50 am 🔔Tardy Bell - 7:55 am 🥣Breakfast/Tutorials 7:30-7:55 am ‼️🏎️•••PRO-TIP: Let your Pirates get a few more minutes of sleep and skip the long wait and line by arriving closer to 7:50 if your child doesn't eat breakfast at school!!•••🏎️‼️ ⌚️Dismissal - PK: 3:35pm / K-5th: 3:40pm 💟 Parents/guardians of PK/K students only are permitted to enter the building to walk their child to class until 8/14/26 Park at Rock Gym and enter at cafeteria doors. Ends 8/14/26. (Parents who normally pick up at MS lot will be contacted tomorrow.)

Update for Elementary Meet The Teacher - To save you time, pick up your large envelope (pictured below) from your homeroom teacher of important papers, complete them at home, and return them on the first day of school! This includes the transportation form. Remember - ALL households need to complete are return the Free & Reduced lunch packets. We can't wait to see you all!!🏴‍☠️

Parents and Guardians of incoming 6th grade students, please remember that orientation is TOMORROW evening at 7:00pm in the secondary cafetorium. See attached flyer. We will help with registration, parent portal, and you can bring school supplies. See you tomorrow!

- Each CAR that enters will need ONE Pre-paid E-Ticket Parking Pass. E-Ticket Prices will be $7 plus small fee.
- Those that do not pre-pay for a ticket they will be charged $10 upon entry day of.

As we prepare for the 2026-27 school year, all parents/guardians of incoming 9th-12th grade student athletes must complete the UIL PAPF Eligibility Form through the Rank One Parent Portal.
Why is this important? UIL has added a new eligibility requirement that asks about your student's school attendance over the past 12 months. Your response is required before your student can be cleared for UIL athletic competition participation this school year.
Please complete the form as soon as possible. Attached is an instructional guide. If you have any questions please reach out to Cody Bob Williams at williamsc@eulaisd.net.

📢 Eula Athletic Complex Reminder

We love seeing members of our community using the Eula Athletic Complex! We are proud to make this facility available for our community to enjoy, and we appreciate everyone’s help in taking care of it.

As a reminder, please follow all posted rules when using the facility. In particular:

🚫 NO ANIMALS are allowed inside the track facility. Animals are permitted on a leash in the stands/spectator areas of the baseball and softball facilities.
🚫 NO WHEELS are allowed on the track — including bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or similar items.

We are very proud of our facilities and want to make sure they remain in great shape for our students, athletes, and community for years to come.
