Another awesome award for Lady Pirate Basketball. Hailie Cauthen and Emma Damron have been named to the Texas High School Coaches Association Class A Super Elite Team. Only 9 girls across the State in Class A received this award. Congrats Girls! Here is some further information on the Award.
The THSCA Super Elite Teams consists of high school players nominated by current professional members of the Texas High School Coaches Association. The player must meet the THSCA award criteria to be nominated. The award recognizes student athletes across the state of Texas for their exemplary athletic achievement in their respective sport.
Each nomination will go to the S.E.T. (Super Elite Teams) Committee to determine the finalists who have made the Super Elite team in each classification. Super Elite teams will be honored after the state championships have been announced.
CRITERIA:
Be of good moral character
Varsity sports only.
Have been a member of the team in good standing at the time of nomination
Player has excelled as an elite member in their respective sport
The Spring Band concert is tomorrow, May 5th starting with the 6th grade band during the school day at 3:00 pm and 7-HS Band will be at 6:00 pm. All will be in the Elementary Auditorium. Parents are encouraged and welcome to attend the concerts.

On May 1st, Pirate Band students had the opportunity to perform pieces of music for judges at our solo and ensemble competition. 45 student performances received a 1st division superior rating and 11 student performances earned a 2nd division excellent rating. These students have worked super hard and we are proud of the progress they have made this year. Way to go, Pirate Band!!!
The 6th Grade Pirate Beginner Band performed at the Clyde Beginner Band Festival today and received a superior rating (1st division rating) from all 3 judges. The students played well and look forward to playing their concert for the Eula Community at 3 PM on Monday, May 5th.

Note: The clear bag policy only e ects those who do not have credentials (wristbands, badges, bibs, etc).
o All bags carried by contestants and coaches must be checked before entering Myers Stadium and/or DKR.
-Mike A Myers – Gate 3 (southwest corner) will be designated for bag check for athletes and coaches with proper credentials.
- DKR – Athletes and coaches utilizing DKR for warm-up MUST enter at Gate 25 to have their bags checked and tagged.
o Participant coolers (may contain water and/or sports drinks only) are allowed only when accompanied by school personnel (athlete or coaches with proper credentials).
o Coolers must be checked at Gate 3 of Mike A Myers.
o Catered food/outside food (excluding snacks & drink) are NOT PERMITTED to enter Mike A Myers. Permitted at team camp areas at DKR.
o The following items are NOT allowed into the stadium: umbrellas, strollers, food or beverage containers, XLarge bags.

NFHS Network to Webcast UIL Track & Field State Championships The NFHS Network will provide live webcasts of the 2025 UIL Track & Field State Championships on May 1-3 from Mike A. Myers Stadium at the University of Texas at Austin.
During field events, spectators will have the option to choose from three continuous streams. As one event concludes, the stream will transition to another ongoing event. However, it's important to note that not all field events will be streamed in their entirety if more than three events are happening simultaneously.
Fans, family and alumni can watch the UIL Track & Field State Championships live online with a subscription to NFHS. Subscribers can also watch on the go or at home through the NFHS Network mobile app available through iTunes or the Google Play Store, and TV app available on Roku, Amazon Fire or Apple TV.
