Mrs. Walker coached and supported students as they created submissions for the "CodeYourSelf" National Self-Portrait Coding Competition for Girls. "Code/Art’s coding competitions use art as a vehicle to spark interest in coding, while also breaking preconceived notions about what a computer programmer looks like and what their interests are."
