Elementary students have been focusing on KINDNESS this month. The events of this past week have been the perfect example of the way we need to step up and show kindness everyday but especially in times of craziness. Talk to your students about different acts of kindness you have seen or performed this past week. Have them make a short list, draw a picture, or write a story describing what they have seen and/or done and bring them to school Monday. Help them find something positive in these times. We can’t wait to see their smiles next week.

Age levels are Teeball (4,5,6) Farm (7,8) Minors (9,10) Majors (11,12) Intermediate (13) and Juniors (14) There are Eula teams for Teeball, Farm, and Minors. Need more Majors to have a Eula Team.

The health and safety of our students and staff is our top priority. As a result, due to concerns in regards to adequate electricity, water supply, and road conditions impacting the district and surrounding area, Eula ISD will continue virtual learning for the remainder of the week, February 17-19. While the expectation is for students to check in online each day, we understand that the uncertainty of these conditions could prevent families from doing so. Updates pertaining to rescheduled athletic events and extracurricular activities will be sent out as we know more information.
The girls Area Championship Game today has been postponed. We will let you know when plans are made to reschedule.
Wacky Wednesday for February 17th will be Crazy Sock Day.
Eula ISD will be closed tomorrow (Feb 16). We ask all students to check in with their teachers for virtual learning.
Update: The boys warm up game today is cancelled. The girls Area playoff is scheduled for tomorrow at 5:30pm in Haskell against Benjamin (pending road/weather conditions).

A Couple of weather cancellations and/or changes we need to make you aware of!
1) Eula Baptist Church has cancelled services for Tonight (2/10)
2) Pirate Study Island WILL NOT meet today. Students are asked to ride home on the bus or with their parents.
3) 7th grade cell cakes can be turned in Thursday, Friday, or next Tuesday for full credit! (If you have made your cake early and it won't last until we get back to school, a picture can be taken of your student with their cake and emailed to Mrs Nichols.)
